I'm going to throw out the first two photos due to lighting/glare. the first rev photo shows a lightly dipped coin and the first obv photo is completely different than the last obv photo
the 83(O) are known for weaker strikes. you're seeing some of this in the breast and wings. just using the last obv photo I'm at MS62

Thank you all and sorry for bad pics , I only use natural lightning, so sometimes to dark, to bright and sometimes I hit sweetspot

jeez...you can see how a coin looks different with angles, light and focus. this affects how accurate a grade you can receive on a coin. every photo here looks like a different coin.
i'll change my grade from a 62 to MS63
