How much does it weigh? With weakness on both sides might be a thin planchet.

Yes, an accurate weight--to two decimal places--would be good to know. Thanks.

the weight was my first thought too, at 3.00g it is not that light for such a weak strike.
There is a nice die clash on the reverse but not the obverse.
The major area of weakness is in the same spot on both sides - maybe a tilted planchet or die?

There is a die clash on the obverse, the horizontal line by 19 and maybe column marks behind and in front of head?

maybe, but with all the damage and contact marks - we would need better images to know for sure. (close ups)

I am 99% certain the horizontal line by 19 is part of a die clash.

Hey fellas, I just now seen your request for close ups. I have a couple things I need to get done this morning real quick then I will take a couple for you as soon as possible. @ Dearborn I apologize for asking but what do you mean by an overlay exactly?

An over lay is something some of our folks can do - they superimpose the two sides of a coin. Then we can see where the die clashes are expected to be. It is a trick they do with image software (something I've yet to learn to do well)
