Sorry, its encapsulated from the Morgan mint. I think its been around for awhile. The capsule is yellowed.

i don't think she can be salvaged. left encapsulated the verdigris is just going to eat the copper over time. if I had it, I would crack it out. acetone it for a couple days and soak it in verdicare to possibly mitigate the progression. I'm gong to bet though that under some of the verdigris there will be corrosion already.
