Hello, I came across this 2008 New Mexico quarter with errors on obverse and reverse. The reverse has a serial number double stamped, similar to DDR date, the serial number is - 33.6N 106.6W The obverse has errors under Washington's chest, and the word Liberty. Any ideas what this is?

GPS coordinates have been counterstamped into that quarter after it left the mint.

Here's another post for a similarly stamped coin. http://goccf.com/t/354410

See http://goccf.com/t/466039 from a week or so ago.
