1986 Penny With Extra E Between "We"

This really appears to have an extra "E" in between the letters of WE on obverse of this 1986 Penny coin. All the other letters on front seem to be smaller to creating an intersting appearance.

Any ideas? Beyond thanks for suggestions.

Again, this coin collecting is tough as there is many, many things that occur causing coins to look different but are common to most.
