Details look too weak. I would guess this is a fake.

Check the weight 13.36 grams, then use a magnet on it.

Here are photos of a genuine, ANACS-certified 1848 dollar from the Heritage archives. Resolution on these photos is not very good but the posted coin is not a good match for the ANACS coin. In particular, the date numerals look too small. Mohammad, your coin is likely a counterfeit. Bogus Seated Liberty dollars are very common. Hopefully you did not buy your coin as a genuine example.

but it appears to be a fake.
Check the details on the reverse from the pics 'shamelessly' lifted from Heritage. Check the arrows, talons etc. too much different.
Hopefully you can return, if you purchased as orginal
