is this rare?
Its very big not like all the others I found online.

I received it after my great grandfather died

It's not rare... looks like a very large novelty coin.
You'll find lots of these if you perform an internet search.

If you check ebay you will find many. It probably is metal and light weight. Might be a coaster for a drink kind of thing.
