2007 Penny MS-62RB Initials Missing

It has been fun and exciting to date, but now it is time to figure out if I'm doing the correct identification of coins. I sent this 2007 Penny to NGC for grading. It will be returned soon with a grade of MS62RB. The coin has issues with the initials. They appear to be missing and/or rearranged wrong. The variety identified seems not listed in any researched conducted. I'm most likely doing all this in reverse for getting a coin to be properly valued. Any guidance or help would be appreciated? IMHO you should have not sent it in because it will cost you more than the value of the coin. In the future, please post photos here on CCF before sending it in.
