Hello Coin Community,

Found this in circulation. If it was a Die Adjustment Strike, all devices would have the same level of strike.

Pretty sure this is post mint damage -- would like to get confirmation. Thank you!

Yes, a sanded down PMD coin. I find these on occasion in circulation at times.

You can make as many as you want with a buffer or sand paper.
