Seems to have some strange stuff on the reverse.
The wings looks different and it does not look like PMD

Hi.
So to me it looks like a regular half with damage from a scratch coming from a coinop or something else starting at the 2 o'clock position going through the middle of the coin and finishing around the 8 o'clock position.
The damage is consistent with the use of the coin as represented by the wear of the coin itself.

Looks like a scrape on the wing ( PMD).

There is no error here - just damage from time in circulation

I'm not so sure... I think this area circled was due to a flaking piece of Laminated metal-damage in the area notwithstanding
