1883 Shield Nickel - Slightly Overweight

It's beautiful. The second '8' looks a little odd, but I think it is just wear.

What I find interesting is that above the first '8' the bottom circle of the shield appears to be cut short of the date. In other words, it is not a nice fully rounded circle. I see a small die break to the left just below the arrow head, maybe that has something to do with it?

What's wrong with the weight? It is spot on (just .1g over spec of 5.0g)
Your images do need a bit of work with focus though.

It's over 5g so I don't know if that's an issue or not. I'm having trouble making decent pictures. I know.
