I have found a couple of Lincoln cents with either filled in dates or letters and another with what looks to me like either debris or die damage.
Two questions
can anyone tell me if I am correct and if I am does this add any value to the coin?

Die Chips and scrapes ( PMD) on the reverse. No premium.

die chips for sure on the 9 and the reverse looks like all damage - but your image is too washed out with contrast and glare to see for sure.

If those areas marked "die damage?" are raised, then they may indeed be die damage. But if they are incuse / pushed into the coin, then they are probably just PMD. Can't tell either way from the photos. Can you confirm if they are raised or incuse?

Here is the best picture I can post that is under 300KB, it looks to me like two separate lines that are protruding up from the coin surface.

So an incuse gouge surrounded by raised metal both sides. Unfortunately that looks like PMD done with a blunt instrument like a burnishing tool or similar. Definitely not something from the minting process.
