@jpa, it looks to me like like your coin was struck with a very slightly mis-aligned die. Save this coin of course if you want, but we generally tell folks that unless the tops of the letters are starting to fall off the edge, then there is no numismatic premium.

your dime is a very slight off center strike, but not enough to garner a premium. The letters need to be falling off the edge to have the value increase.
also not seeing any DDO / DDR, just slight MD.
