"Doplatek" means something like surcharge, "drahy" is railway/s (elektricke drahy is electric tramway). And Mesta Prahy means Capital Prague; see the current logo http://www.dpp.cz/images/logo.gif of the Prague public transport services. Interestingly, nowadays the heller (haler, halere, haleru) coins are not used in the Czech Republic any more. It's crowns (koruna, koruny, korun) only now.
