Looks to be a 1979 proof cent--of course, minted in San Francisco. That style S is not uncommon on Lincoln proof cents.

Just a normal Type 1 mint mark. The S punch was pretty worn out by then, so it was replaced mid-year to create the Type 2 mint mark. The punch was replaced again in 1981. The 1981 Type 1 is the same as the 1979 Type 2.
