Going through old coins I found this 1943 Lincoln Cent in which all the edges appear fuzzy, both front and back. Is this a double strike or something else?

While awaiting improved photos, I believe we may be looking at Die Deterioration issues. Possible too that the coin is plated. New pics will tell.
