Hard to grade these toners from photos. My best guess is MS-64

Is this yet another coin you've pulled out of it's holder & just repeated what was on the slab?

yes (a basement TPG holder) and no (It had MS-65 Obverse Cameo).

Looking at the blow up photos I agree with MS-63+. Might even pull an MS-64.

poor eye appeal. doesn't affect grade a whole lot but but it would for value. i'd call it MS64

congrats on the grade. when I see coins that have this type of blotchy toning my first thought is how it was stored. I'm never a fan of that but PCGS tends to love it.
