I say seriously expensive $ coin.
I have very little knowledge in grading Morgan's but see enough circulation rub, particular on the eagle breast, and hits to join the Frog at mid-AU.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

I'll guess AU-55.

I am at 53, but a 55 would not surprise me.

Sure looks cleaned to me. Maybe it got a pass due to scarcity, but I'm at AU details, cleaned.

The OP's coin does have some issues. Because of the date and mintmark it probably straight-graded AU53.

Quote: Maybe it got a pass due to scarcity, but I'm at AU details, cleaned. they are a lot more lenient when it comes some of the rarer pieces. I thought they would net it down a grade to AU53 rather than details it which they do. I would think that due to the overall coin it may affect value though this is a highly desirable higher grade key coin and will do nothing but increase in value

It will increase in value if bought at a fair price. The current asking price could have a buyer buried in it for years.
