I am wondering if the IN is DDO (probably DDD) and wanting to know what's going on with the IGWT. Is it alll Die Deterioration? However, I Also see Die Deterioration, Drastically on The Base of " TR " is Trust.......... First Year The " Granite Lady ", Or More Commonly Known as The San Francisco Mint, Took Over PROOF Coinage Minting, and In My Opinion, They Certainly have a " Notch " in Our Coinage Belt, That They have Earned My Respect for Producing some of Our Most Detailed, Most Crisp PROOF Strikes, To Date.....
