Hi, yes. Those are the strongest die chips I have ever seen on a 1960 p. Any chance of doubling on the 9 or die chips as well ? More than likely die chips because of the 6.

The 1960 small and large dates were plagued with many issues, including chipping at the date and multiple clashing issues. This could be the result of either or both.

Best guess, highly abraded, rotated die clash, with die gouges and clash remnants.

Looks more like die dents. Like the die was dropped and bounced a couple of times.

I like the "step" effect to the back of the 6.

It kind of reminds me of the 9 banded armadillo.
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.
