This weighs 9.26 grams, diameter 23 mm.

Partial lettering on the reverse appears to be: CAITIΠΠΩ_

Obverse: _ _ _C_ _CΛ _ _

In the exergue it appears to be: εΡΜΟC

Needless to say some of the letters could be wrong.

Have you checked Saitta, Lydia with Hermos reverses?

I have now. The reverse legend clearly indicates this is the city and the god is Hermos, not Nilus. Now I need to match the obverse

The legends and images are close, but the weight is about half of the weight of my specimen.

The heaviest of the Saitta Senate/Hermos combos I'm seeing for the ΕΡΜOC variant at RPC Online is 8.23 g.

Some heavier, similar coins at acsearch, the first two listed as assaria, include the following.

9.3 g

8.8 g

Thanks. These seem as close to a perfect match that one could hope for.
