Hey guys this one has a few issues, it looks like the planchet was defective plus the die is not alined reverse with obverse any thoughts?

I think taking a hit that hard would of bent the coin, and it looks very organic and makes me double think

Looks like damage to me. Some of the deepest defects on the reverse look like they are causing some surface irregularities on the obverse. And there is some heaped up metal along some of the edges of the voids.

Those indentations on the back look like PMD. Copper is fairly soft and wont necessarily "bend" after taking a hard hit esp if the coin is laying flat when the damage occurred.

This is damage - I can see dents and bumps on the opposite side of some of these gaping holes on the coin.
