Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 06/26/2024 09:30 am I'm thinking it's a nice Grease Filled Die strike with the equivalent of collar clash on the rims. Because the collar is smooth, it presents itself as a slightly doubled rim. The slight shift of the dies has allowed the 'second rim' from the collar clash to be visible on this strike. This is only a guess on my part from looking at many Grease Filled Die strikes and lots of coins with collar clash. I could be totally wrong on the cause of the rim anomaly.
