I won this PCGS slabbed coin in an ebay auction; it was sold as a doubled die reverse. The DDR looks even better in hand. My first PCGS slab, too! So that's another step down the coin collecting road. PCGS 1962 5c MS64FS #48203734. Now to the work of identifying the DDR on Wexler or Variety Vista. Report this Post to the Staff

Yeah, this one belongs in the category of Full Steps. My current best guess is that this is an example of WDDR-065, CONECA 7-R-II-C, Variety Vista DDR-007. There is a similar listing by John Wexler (WDDR-041 DDR-016), but that one has strong doubling on the lower lettering as well. 065/007 is only doubled on E Pluribus Unum, like this coin. Fighting a little bit to get surface pics through the slab.
