Hello all, Please feel free to view my most recent acquisition at your leisure. What grade do you think she makes? Your comments are greatly appreciated! Many thanks, Matt :)

decent strike which is typical of the CC coins. nice luster both sides. a few blemishes but looking at the cheek I'm seeing more rub losing some luster rather than scratchs/marks/abrasions. I think it makes MS64. the TPG's typically bump the grade for strong luster like this. there is some shadowing due to lighting so its difficult to say if the luster is broken in those areas but if not then 64 is a proper grade for it

First thought was ms-63, Nice looking (rarer date) coin aside from the spotting!

Thanks for the positive replies, I think I got a fair deal on this one. Given it was not in an 'uncirculated silver dollar' holder and just a 'silver dollar holder from GSA.
The spot on the reverse is a little more distracting than I would like but the obverse is quite attractive in hand, the lustre is near prestine other than a few light hits infront of libertys face and the larger mark to the right of the eagles left wing.
It's amazing to have such great support from you guys and girls on the CCF, thanks!

I'll say MS-63.

I'm with Jake, 63. Spotting holds this one back

I'd like to see further pics of the obverse from different angles if that's possible.

a high percentage of GSA coins grade in the MS63 box. a smaller number at 62 and 64. I don't ever remember seeing any that looked lower or higher than this.
probably don't need other photos unless you can give us a very slight angle of the obv to see how deep the cheek chatter is. I don't think the spotting will affect grade but maybe value a little
