1943 Lincoln Wheat Steel - Replating Issue?

Question for everyone -

This "Melted" look on the date and liberty - is this when a cent was/is replated /repurposed and an issue occurred? I do not think this is a PMD issue because I have Two Cents that look the exact same (die crack locations and etc). I don't see the right markers for it to be a double die either.

Any education would be huge!!

From these photos it just looks like a regular strike 1943 in very good condition and likely not replated, and as mentioned above
the date appears to show circulation flattening. You can compare yours to the Wexler example link below.

On the obverse I see rubbing/flattening/circulation wear above the ear, on the eyebrow, the shoulder and lapel.

On the reverse, on the wheat seeds seem worn also.

Hard to find that much circulation wear with no signs of the original zinc plating rubbing off, so I'm on team replated.
