Weird Shaped Monticello Letters On 2023-P Nickel Reverse.

Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6498 Posts	Posted 07/03/2024 4:22 pm I noticed these oddly shaped letters on a 2023-P nickel. I have a few examples, so I don't think it's purely random. Has anyone else seen these weird inner notches on the two L's of Monticello? It reminded me a bit of the distended hub double letters on 2017-P 5c WDDR-001. Report this Post to the Staff
