Could just be something that has tinted the coin but first I would look to see if you had something below the coin that the lighting could be catching when you are taking the pic that is reflecting and giving it a green hue.

I tried different lighting and still the same excuse

Rotate the coin 180 degrees and retake the picture to see if the green shows up in the same places.

Try soaking it in acetone to see if the green disappears.

Try using a different camera. Might be a reflection off of the camera somehow. Just a thought.
