I do not see rpm, the mm is a type 1 and looks normal.

Sorry, not seeing an RPM on this now impaired proof cent (impaired due to improper handling) That is an ugly fingerprint on it.

This is a type 1 1981 S MM though.

Not seeing an RPM. This proof coin is impaired, due to improper handling. Wear gloves when handling coins.

I found it on a 1959 cent colección obverse as not properly covered

I was not inferring that the OP added the print, merely that it was there. That print has long been etched into the surface of the coin.

But as EV stated - gloves are a good idea when handling certain coins of unknown (or very high) value.
