Hello CCF.. I have a off center strike cent that I'm calling 95%. Weight is 3.10 grams so it should be pre 1982. The photos may not be good enough to determine what I'm trying to show so if more are needed, I'll give it another try. On the edge of the strike on the reverse side , you can see reeding which I'm guessing is caused by a broken or missing collar? Thanks for looking..

This is my kind of coin! I love off-center strikes.

I can see what you're talking about, but I think it could just be marks from the metal stretching over the sharp edge of the die.
