I find this to be a beautiful coin. it has a ding on the reverse buy also a wide rim with what appears to be doubling. On the obverse there is doubling in TRUST. Not sure what to make of it. Thoughts appreciated.

A sharp, end-on photo of the rim might help determine what we're looking at.

Kinda looks like an impaired proof.
You posted in the grading section and asked about possible errors, what section of the forum do you want it in?

Hi John, I'm new. I apologize if I posted the wrong question. I just have a lot of Mint State coins that I want to submit for grading that also happen to have errors. I guess I am kindof excluded from both if I'm in the middle.

way too much glare. always remove coins from holder.

based on the photos I'm not seeing any doubling probably due to the photos.
if there is a slight doubling on just TRUST thats very typical of Longacre or Machine Doubling. this occurs when the coin is being ejected from the die and it strikes the die again as its coming out. it adds nothing to a coins value nor does it make it an error coin. just wasting your $$ to send this one in. there looks like a pretty good scratch across the back of the head also.

No need to apologize.
As to sending in coins,a coin needs a minimum retail value of $150 after slabbing to justify all costs involved in slabbing them. The coin you posted does not qualify.

Looks normal to me. I wouldn't send it in for grading.
