1959 D Lincoln Cent - Clip Error Mint State

A rare coin that I cannot determine. Appears to have been punched on the wrong planchet, the cuts on the rim are as thick as those on a quarter but the other end is as thin as a dime. Came out of a Mint set and in beautiful condition otherwise. Thoughts please!

PMD not an error. Might be PSD but still not a collectable error,just damaged by the mints' sealing machine.

What about the doubling on both the obverse and reverse, most notably on the TRUST and on the reverse?

Mangled edge, yes. With the posted images, I cannot detect any doubling. Not saying it's not there, just can't determine.
