Well it definitely is a 1913 type 1 . As far as mintmark goes I have no idea (time to break out the nic-a-date?)

The only visible diagnostic feature is the mound that the Buffalo is on - a type I buff - beyond that, nic-a-date 'may' help on a possible MM.

Definitely 1913 Type 1. Usually the reverse mint mark on 13T1 (if present) is still partially visible on well worn specimens in which the date on the obverse is worn down. Given that some of the letters of Five Cents show, I'm thinking no mint mark.
