What I see here is lots on classic Machine Doubling.

But, please, no more screen shots of your scope - we need the actual image - when you take a picture of a screen, not only does it capture your coin, it also enhances the pixels of the screen as well.

Machine Doubling primarily. Perhaps a hint of Die Deterioration as well.
