Thanks all for your opinions! The photos in my original post were the seller's and they are definitely darker than the coin in hand, but they are nicer than anything I could take of such a small coin. The coin has nice, deeper grey surfaces and no sign of environmental damage, just toning. It's hard to capture. CAC gave this XF-45. I like it.

man I'm sorry but I have to call what I see. I can buy the numeric grade but this is one ugly coin. in my opinion ED. CAC grading is not doing very good at grading
