Roosevelt Dime Variety Price List Available On A Spreadsheet?

mdpmedia Pillar of the Community United States 3546 Posts	Posted 07/31/2024 10:13 pm I have thousands of Roosevelt dimes to attribute. I'm finding it very time-consuming to search CoinFacts or VarietyPlus each time I run into a different year and mint mark to obtain pricing information for each variety. Similar to the Greysheet, which has nothing about Roosevelt variety dime pricing, it would be convenient to be able to look at a page and scan down to see where the more valuable varieties are based upon grade to expedite the searching. I've searched online without success and can't find a place that might have a one or two page spreadsheet of the format that I need with this information. Please tell me where I could go to view for free or purchase this type of information to help me out. Report this Post to the Staff

I was hoping to find a spreadsheet that listed 'all' of the known varieties by grade and price that are listed on both CoinFacts and VarietyPlus. There's nothing nicer than to be able to print out a 1 or 2 page spreadsheet that one can use to quickly weed out the coins that would be a waste of time to attribute. Having a sheet like this would streamline the process so that I would only surf to the associated closeup photo on CoinFacts or NGC if it met my personal minimun criteria etc. Report this Post to the Staff
Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6494 Posts	Posted 08/01/2024 12:31 am I suggest you go to the main PCGS price guide, open the Variety (+) expansions for each year and mint mark, and copy the whole mess into a spreadsheet. Then delete all the extraneous rows, leaving only the varieties. There's a lot of embedded assumptions in your request. You'll be accurately grading as you go, that the TPGs publish a comprehensive price guide to varieties, that their price lists are even approximately accurate. In my experience, PCGS has a price guide completely out of sync with their own auction results in the guide, which in turn is largely out of sync with auction results on Great Collections, Heritage, etc. Report this Post to the Staff
