Looks like a lot of hub doubling to me. I see a lot of letters where it looks notched like a DDO / DDR may have. Let me know what you think.

Well,looks like DDD and light induced doubling.
Did you check all three reference sites for a match?

There is a DDR listing on Coppercoins showing something like this. I just don't know if your's is
a match. I should note that I have set aside quite a few of these '22'D's that look similar. I'd like to know what the consensus is as well.

Yeah, there is a lot going on here. Lots of stepped notching indicative of hub doubling. Some of the pics above have low light to weed out the light polution.

When I look at the N of IN, to me it looks like Machine Doubling. But how would Machine Doubling produce the separation on 2022?

This is the same sort of thing that really challenges me about the 2022+ nickel doubled dies. They are so unlike the 2006-2021 jolted type DDRs where there is obviously initial contact that gets broken and re-established as the die pops into place.
