2022 D Penny Die Crack/Lots Of Hub Doubling

I should note that I have set aside quite a few of these '22'D's that look similar. But how would Machine Doubling produce the separation on 2022? This is the same sort of thing that really challenges me about the 2022+ nickel doubled dies. They are so unlike the 2006-2021 jolted type DDRs where there is obviously initial contact that gets broken and re-established as the die pops into place. Report this Post to the Staff
