Sorry, cannot determine given the soft (blurred or low res blow up) image. Please indicate what we're looking at--wheat cent, memorial, year, mint. Thanks.

Still too blurry of an image to see anything of importance here...  Any legitimate doubled die coin would normally have split notching going on, some very subtle others glaringly obvious. The stupendously rare 1958 DDO Lincoln Cent would be more of the obvious see it a mile away type of doubling. So likely not what you are seeing unless we get sharper images to confirm...
