Hey coinnoisseurs I don't see listed a RPM for this year, this definitely looks like a RPM to my eyes, the last picture is a different proof coin so you can compare the MM.
I think the mint mark punch that was used is worn out. You can see how it's chipped compared to the other coin you posted. There could be unlisted RPM's out there, but I highly doubt you coin has an RPM.
Not an RPM. This was the last year of a mint mark punch that was used for longer than any other, sometimes referred to as "the blob" in it's last days.
It was first put into use in 1941, was used on and off until 1952, then brought back into use in 1974 and used until 1979. As John1 stated, there were two different style punches used in this year. Yours is the MMS-009, the other you have shown in your last pic is the MMS-010.
This is not an RPM. It is the type 1 S Mint mark (these happened in 1979 and 1981 on all coins.) some call it the 'blob' MM, but normally is is the 'filled' MM.
