Just wanted to share a nice cherry-pick from an auction last week. It was listed as an 1938-S 1C graded MS-66 RD by CACG, with the only auction photo being the following:

Recent-Cherrypick:-1938-S/S-1c-FS-501

Fortunately, there was enough detail to tell that it was in fact the RPM-001, S/S North (FS-501) variety! It may not be rare or very valuable, but I was sure still happy to spot it. My close-up of the mintmark:

Effectively $60. It was in a lot of two coins; the other was a 1938-S 1C graded MS-66+ RD by CACG, which I'm certain is more than the equivalent of what passes for MS-67 RD at any other grading company. Including buyer's fees and shipping, I paid $120 for the lot, which I think was a good value overall.

Congrats on the Cherry pick in a very nice grade.
