It was listed as an 1938-S 1C graded MS-66 RD by CACG, with the only auction photo being the following: Fortunately, there was enough detail to tell that it was in fact the RPM-001, S/S North (FS-501) variety! It was in a lot of two coins; the other was a 1938-S 1C graded MS-66+ RD by CACG, which I'm certain is more than the equivalent of what passes for MS-67 RD at any other grading company. Including buyer's fees and shipping, I paid $120 for the lot, which I think was a good value overall. Report this Post to the Staff
