You have to grab it by a certain angle and play with the light so it's kinda impossible to picture with my iPhone but I'll try. but believe me if you had it I. Your hands with a small magnifying glass you can determine it's 1973.

With the way the memorial is rotated, I'm thinking this is more than a struck through a capped die.

As Cujohn notes, the expanded brockage is strongly rotated in relation to the raised ghost of Lincoln. This indicates that the cap rotated before the strike that generated this coin.
Error coin writer and researcher.
