I have read of an ultra rare variety of the 1976 quarter. Does anyone see something that sticks out?

Proof coins are hard to grade from pictures - especially a small one like the reverse.

in order to grade anything above 66 you really need sharp photos of both sides. every little mark nick scuff etc. count
