I saw a die (Virginia quarter reverse) for sale in an auction. Are they worth picking up?

They are interesting pieces. The die is defaced with a grinder. I see them frequently in online auctions.

I had a Lincoln Cent one years ago that still had remnants of Lincoln's jacket. Gave it away to a kid on here.

You can use ebay sold auctions to get an idea of their current prices. Most of them have no design image left. The 1995, 1996 Olympic dies are an exception, they just have an X on them. They sell for higher prices than the others. I have two Olympic dies, here's my 1995 track die:

Looking at the COA for this die. It is not from the mint. The COA seems to be a replacement for the mint one without the details.
