Makecents. I was trying to simplify the question, talking about true doubling of the mint mark.
I was trying to stay away from complicating the question by adding to the question of machine/mechanical damage/doubling. I think Tacc picked up on that and answered directly to what I was asking.
I pretty much knew the answer already, but thought this was a good subject to bring up for others.
Thanks guys

makecents, I also oversimplified my answer to address the question, but I did base it on facts that I had read on one of COOP's earlier posts.
I have been coin collecting since 1970 but as you may know I just started becoming interested in Errors & Varieties just 2 years ago. Everything
I've learned regarding that, I have learned here on this forum and with extensive reading. I have a heck of alot to learn still.

The last year for RPMs on cents is 1989.
I do not know the dates for the other denominations.

In 1990 for one cent and five cent, they started using the master with mm, in 1991 for ten cent, twenty five cent and fifty cent. At least that was what I had learned from the link I provided that had other links inside of it. Of course there are no known RPM's for any denomination beyond 1989, that I am aware of.

In further reading today about this subject, that looks like the correct conclusion Makecents. It's kinda weird because different reading material
are saying different things or dates.

I suppose the only thing that would put it to rest is finding something conclusive later that 1989.

I suppose the fact that there have been none found in over thirty years says something too.

Wow, I saw variations in the lettering but dismissed it as either MD or PMD. Do you really think this is a DDO with a RPM?

Yes, as jfeed and rmpsrpms stated in your thread, you also have your first DDO to go along with your first RPM. Congrats!

Wow, that's cool. First DDO and RPM all in one. Sure lived up to my name on this one, lol. Thank you everyone for all the help I really do appreciate it.
