Unclaimed stolen property auction. Didn't notice the "anomaly" until I received it. Initial reviews (facebook, ugh) told me it was a "struck through". Following the lines, you can see the rim is affected also.
First we need CLEAR full coin shots of the obverse and reverse, cropped, please. We will try to help you then. Yes, with the limited pic view, what you have shown us looks like a struck through.
It is a struck thru error. PCGS will confirm that if you want to have it slabbed. It would be nice to see both the front and back of the coin if you could add some photos.
