There are no Nickels listed with the P mint mark till 1980. 1962 Philly Nickels don't have mint marks. Looks like the coin is also suffering Machine Doubling and deteriorated dies. This happens on Nickels more than most other coins. Because the metal content and the thickness of the planchet the dies wear quicker. Your images though show everything I need to see.
