Just some kind of stain. Way too far off for a clash. And as stated above, devices are too deep for a clash.

Sure does look like something is hiding in there. This pic shows what Brand was maybe looking for. Maybe play with the lighting (clashes like to hide in the shadows sometimes) and try some black and white pics that John1 suggested. There were a pile of clashes in the 90's.

Yes, that image definitely shows what I was talking about. Given that the parallel lines appear behind the head, across the head, and as far down as the bow tie makes me think it's either roller lines or some kind of contamination streaks that produced plating bubbles. But I am no expert on cents, and definitely not on plated cents.
