Got this 2000 silver eagle. I discovered it has a dent or small engraving on the bottom of the T. The weight is right dimensions right ping ok. Could it be fake or what could the issue be, it looks like drilled a bit.q

If the weight and diameter are okay it's probably a genuine coin. Not seeing any of the usual signs of a fake. The T is probably what E&V said, die chip or small nic.

Will it affect the price?

If it is incuse (dent) it's probably just an unfortunate hit - the coin is raw so has been handled previously.

Your ASE looks fine - that could just be a small die chip on the 'T'.
And seeing that this one is a bullion coin ( no mint mark) that chip on the T will not affect the value any.
