I see this is due for release in August. Anyone else excited about this? I know it's going to be pricey, but I have all the previous ones so I'm committed.

I like the design and as I have done with all the Liberty designs, I will opt for the silver medal version.

Just stumbled on this post, so I don't have to start my own. I think I'm going for this, I even took the drop day off. It may be nuts. Hopefully it's under $3k, I have been saving but could swing it if I don't quite get there. Good credit with the wife& . I had a few if the earlier silver versions, but sold it when I needed the money for my ASE sets. Right now all I have is last year's silver version of the 2021. The gold 2021 was cool, but not at that price (for the gold). The 2023, completely different, that is really a great coin, front and back.

The design is awesome so this is the first gold coin I've considered buying from the mint. August is going to be an expensive month!

Yes, August will be expensive without 'going for the Gold', so I'll opt out of this liberty coin and maintain my current targets for the year. I have a list, and this year I'm sticking to it.

Ok I just took a gander and that IS a really good-looking coin. I might have a spot in the collection for the silver medal, a la jbuck.

For as much as the gold coin costs, they could throw the silver medal in on the deal . That won't happen, I might just order the medal, too. Might as well do it up right. The high relief I think will make a big difference in the look. Would have been cool to go high relief on the silver. Yeah I'm planning on all the other releases this year too, silver proof, LESPS, and one of all the Peace and Morgan releases. Nice little warm up to 2026.

This Liberty series, Looking Good.................Well Done Yes, agree with you and Jbuck. They are great designs to add to a collection as the 3 of us did for 2022. For others who read this - not recommended for those that are more speculators looking for resale to make money. In fact the 2022 still has a availablecount of 3344 today so the mintage limit of 75,000 vs overall demand for them so far is not there enough to encourage longer term value appreciation on these. I know the two of you are collectors, but just mentioning as both kinds of people frequent the forums.
