Welcome to the forum! what you have is a 1916 Wheat cent with no mintmark .. which means its from Philadelphia

to get a true value we'd need a picture of it to judge the condition...

for that year there were 131,833,677 produced id say any where between .20 to $20 depending on condition... but I'm a noob

Hi,

A picture would help as mentioned.

It is often the case that when someone says the coin is in great condition that it is really in what we call very good to fine condition.

Everything depends on how much detail is on the coin. We really can help if there is a way for you to post a picture.

Thanks,
Bill

That's like saying you found a diamond and it's in great condition what's it worth if anything? We really do need to see some pics to answer that.

Value of a coin is detemined by its year and mint of issue and its condition. Without seeing the coin it is impossible to assess the grade (condition) of the coin, thus impossible to assess its value.
